Reservations

Reservations made through our website are processed by Toast Tables. By submitting a reservation request you agree to any cancellation terms disclosed at the time of booking.

We ask that guests arrive within 15 minutes of their reservation time. Tables held beyond that time may be released at our discretion, particularly during busy periods. If you are running late, please call us at (209) 521-8667 and we will do our best to accommodate you.

For groups of 10 or more, please use our private events inquiry form rather than the standard reservations page.

Gift cards

Gift cards purchased through our website are processed and managed by Toast. Gift card terms, including any expiry conditions and redemption rules, are governed by Toast’s gift card terms of service. Wildfire Public House gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Private events and catering

Submitting an inquiry form does not constitute a booking confirmation. A booking is only confirmed when you receive written confirmation from a member of the Wildfire team and any required deposit has been received. Terms specific to your event will be set out in a separate agreement at the time of booking.
